Hydronic Floors

Hydronic Heating Systems utilize the latest technology to heat your home through conduction of heat in the floor system.

How it works:

Specialized IPEX piping is installed under the concrete slab and under floor joists of main floors. The liquid in the sealed system is heated by an energy efficient combination boiler. The combination boiler is also responsible for heating your main hot water supply. This latest system allows you to get rid of the conventional water tank and replace it with an on-demand, energy efficient water heater.

As heat rises from the floor your home stays a comfortable, constant temperature.

System does not need to be serviced or topped off.

Can be zoned – what this means is that your bedrooms can maintain a separate temperature from the main living area and the bathrooms can have their own heat setting.

Warm floors on your feet.

Controlled by a programmable thermostat.

No forced air through the duct system translates into less allergens in the air during the time when indoor air plays an important part in your health-winter.

Energy savings of up to 80% - While every home and floor plan is different, we have seen a 2700 Sq. Ft home with a heating bill of $68.00 in January. We can’t promise you $68.00 but we can tell you that this system pays for itself in a relatively short time frame.

Why pay the utility companies hundreds of dollars per month when you can enjoy comfortable, health environment and save money at the same time.
